Account responsibility: Please keep your account information and password secure. You are responsible for any activity that takes place under your account.

Return Policy

If a hide, accessory, or piece of jewelry arrives broken or damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your item. We’ll be happy to replace it with an item of the same likeness, color, or similar style, depending on material availability. If the original materials are not available, we’ll do our best to match the item as closely as possible.

Reptile Purchases

Care instructions: We want every reptile to have the best possible home, so it is important that you understand the care requirements of any animal you purchase. Care guides will be provided, along with contact information in case you have questions about your animal’s care. Some animals may come from trusted breeders; when applicable, we will also provide their care guides and contact information.

Animal Return Policy

All animal sales are final and are not eligible for refunds. That said, if you ever need to return or rehome a reptile, please contact us. We care about where our animals go and will do our best to help you find a reputable place to surrender or rehome the animal safely.

Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to handling your personal information with care and respect. Any information you provide is used only to process orders, communicate with you about your purchase, and support your experience with Exotic Hollow Emporium. We do not sell, redistribute, or profit from your personal information. Payments are securely processed through the payment providers we use, including PayPal, Clover, and Wix Payments.
